About the role
Join our team at one of our locations in Milpitas, Austin, Fort Collins, Billerica, Lisbon, or Bangalore to contribute to the development of high-performance SerDes analog circuits. We are seeking a Senior SerDes Analog Designer to lead the design and optimization of advanced analog/mixed-signal circuit solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize SerDes analog circuits for high-speed data transmission systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and system engineers
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies in analog circuit design
- Perform detailed analysis and simulation of analog circuits using industry-standard tools
- Document design processes and results for future reference and validation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design
- Experience with SerDes technology and protocols such as PCIe, USB, or Ethernet
- Strong proficiency in SPICE and other circuit simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis
- Knowledge of RF and microwave circuit design principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficiency in analog circuit design tools and techniques
- Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuit modeling and verification
- Understanding of power delivery networks and noise reduction techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
