Senior SerDes Analog Design

About the role

Join our team at one of our locations in Milpitas, Austin, Fort Collins, Billerica, Lisbon, or Bangalore to contribute to the development of high-performance SerDes analog circuits. We are seeking a Senior SerDes Analog Designer to lead the design and optimization of advanced analog/mixed-signal circuit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SerDes analog circuits for high-speed data transmission systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and system engineers
• Contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies in analog circuit design
• Perform detailed analysis and simulation of analog circuits using industry-standard tools
• Document design processes and results for future reference and validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design
• Experience with SerDes technology and protocols such as PCIe, USB, or Ethernet
• Strong proficiency in SPICE and other circuit simulation tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis
• Knowledge of RF and microwave circuit design principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in analog circuit design tools and techniques
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuit modeling and verification
• Understanding of power delivery networks and noise reduction techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
