What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic SEO roadmaps that align with client goals, business objectives, and evolving search trends.
- Create proactive, forward-thinking SEO strategies designed to drive long-term organic growth and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for growth, content expansion, technical improvements, and competitive differentiation.
- Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates, industry developments, and emerging SEO best practices to continuously evolve client strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations that support overall marketing and business goals.
- Analyze website, search, and conversion data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor SEO performance across rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
- Investigate performance fluctuations and diagnose underlying causes to inform strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate the impact of SEO initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Uncover meaningful insights from large datasets and translate findings into actionable next steps.
- Lead client-facing reporting efforts, delivering clear, concise, and insightful performance updates.
- Communicate SEO performance, strategic initiatives, successes, challenges, and opportunities in a consultative manner.
- Translate complex SEO concepts, technical findings, and performance data into understandable business insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Present strategic recommendations backed by data and aligned with client objectives.
- Effectively communicate both short-term performance trends and long-term growth opportunities.
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure SEO strategies align with broader marketing initiatives and client expectations.
- Collaborate with content, development, design, analytics, and paid media teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Support internal teams by providing SEO expertise, strategic guidance, and performance insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing findings, best practices, and recommendations across the organization.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies, and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI in search and emerging SEO technologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
- Relevant analytics or SEO certifications.
