Key Responsibilities
- Own content and link building strategy in-house.
- Content production at scale (4-8 pieces per week).
- Link building (outreach, guest posting, digital PR, etc.).
- Content and on-page SEO strategy (keyword research, topical authority).
- Internal linking strategy.
- Schema strategy.
- Local SEO (Google Business Profile, citation management).
- SEO audits (content, link profile, competitor analysis).
- Search Console analysis and reporting.
- Performance reporting (weekly tactical, monthly strategic).
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience for B2C businesses (home services a plus).
- Experience with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, etc.).
- Proven link building experience.
- Experience with content production at volume (AI-assisted is expected).
- Strong local SEO fundamentals.
- Strong written English.
- Experience working Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, ability to be on camera.
