Responsibilities
- Design and execute an integrated SEO and AEO strategy that directly ties organic discovery to qualified business outcomes and growth.
- Map and optimize audience demand across complex digital funnels, enhancing the user journey from initial research to final transaction.
- Establish search-readiness standards to ensure expert content and unique digital entities are accurately cited by AI and search engines.
- Conduct deep technical audits to identify root causes, size opportunities, and prioritize technical roadmaps with engineering teams.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards to forecast, experiment, and measure answer-engine visibility, referral traffic, and commercial value.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive SEO leadership, driving measurable outcomes for large, technically complex websites or digital marketplaces.
- Advanced technical SEO fluency, mastering crawling, structured data, JavaScript rendering, and complex information architecture.
- Proven experience navigating AEO, GEO, and AI discovery, including practical application of entity strategy and machine-readable content.
- High proficiency utilizing Google Search Console, analytics platforms, schema validators, enterprise crawlers, and workflow systems.
- Bonus: Experience with unique inventory ecosystems, luxury resale, knowledge graphs, or high-consideration acquisition funnels.
Pay
Compensation range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.
