About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes and budgets, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to sustainability guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Manage project risks, including financial, technical, and environmental risks.
  • Oversee the quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on sustainable design principles and project management techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.) desirable.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
