About the role
Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and budgets, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments to inform project decisions.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
- Manage project risks, including financial, technical, and environmental risks.
- Oversee the quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on sustainable design principles and project management techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.) desirable.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
