Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable environmental strategies for large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular environmental impact assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation measures.
- Manage environmental projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Stay updated on emerging environmental trends and technologies to inform project decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in environmental management.
- Proven track record in leading environmental projects and managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Professional certifications in environmental management preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental permitting processes.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and methodologies.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Project management expertise.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
