About the role
Lead a team of engineers in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions for urban environments. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications
- Manage project teams, including coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients and regulatory bodies
- Ensure project safety and adhere to all health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local and international environmental regulations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
