About the role

Lead a team of engineers in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions for urban environments. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications
  • Manage project teams, including coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure project safety and adhere to all health and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of local and international environmental regulations
  • Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
    • Experience with sustainable design principles and green building practices
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Fluency in English
