Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise SEO strategies across national, regional, and division-level priorities to support traffic and lead generation objectives
- Establish scalable SEO frameworks to support multi-market operations, ensuring consistency, governance, and performance visibility
- Oversee technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and page performance optimization
- Partner with web and technology teams to implement SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile optimization
- Direct keyword and content strategies aligned to search intent, including national and local search optimization
- Manage local SEO programs, including listings management, data accuracy, and optimization of local search visibility
- Analyze SEO performance across markets, identify gaps, and implement targeted optimization strategies to improve results
- Collaborate with paid search, analytics, content, and CRM teams to align organic and paid search strategies
- Manage external SEO vendors and maintain standards for execution, reporting, and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 7–10+ years of SEO experience, including technical and content SEO
- Experience managing SEO for enterprise or multi-location websites
- Ability to translate search performance data into actionable strategies and improvements
- Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization practices, technical SEO principles, and search ranking factors
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
