Senior Scientist II, Professional Skin Management Application Domain
About the role
with company overview and role overview (maybe combine Who We Are and The Role). But we must not duplicate. Could put company overview in About the role, and responsibilities separate. Let's decide: About the role: include "Who We Are" paragraph and maybe short summary of role from The Role paragraph (first paragraph). Or we could put The Role paragraph under About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet list from A Day In The Life. Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe also lift 35 lbs, onsite, work auth). Could be under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe Technical Expertise, Applied Research Mindset, Digital Proficiency, Project Management, Mentorship & Leadership, Communication. Could be under Qualifications or Skills. Since we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed, we need to allocate. Skills: maybe technical expertise like formulation, skin biology, active ingredients, stability/delivery, digital tools, DoE, predictive modeling. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's map: - Education: Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in specific fields. - Experience: 2+ years (PhD) or 5-9+ years (Master's/Bachelor's) in skin formulation development, demonstrated track record of technical leadership. - Technical Expertise: demonstrated expertise in cosmetic formulation. Strong knowledge of skin biology and active ingredients. Proven experience formulating for active stability and delivery systems is required. - Applied Research Mindset: Proven ability to independently identify and drive technical solutions for highly complex problems. Demonstrates strong ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and sound scientific judgment under ambiguity. - Digital Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using digital tools and data-driven methodologies (e.g., DoE, predictive modeling) to accelerate innovation; ability to champion adoption among peers is preferred. - Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and navigate a matrix organization effectively, including at times guiding cross-functional collaborators. - Mentorship & Leadership: Experience mentoring or guiding junior scientists, with strong ability to influence without formal authority. - Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical data to both technical and non-technical global audiences, including senior stakeholders. - Onsite requirement: The ability to be onsite in the office, as this is an essential function of the position (required). - Physical requirement: The ability to lift 35 lbs (15.8 kg) (required). - Work authorization: Authorization to work in the US is required. No visa sponsorship is offered for this role. These could be under Requirements (education, experience, onsite, lift, auth) and Skills (technical expertise, applied research, digital proficiency, project management, mentorship, communication). Qualifications maybe similar to Skills but we can decide to put technical expertise under Qualifications, and soft skills under Skills. However we need to avoid empty sections. Let's create sections:About the role

withBase Salary Range: $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level) We must not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we need to ensure we don't repeat same content. Also remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The "Don’t meet every single requirement?" paragraph is encouraging to apply; that's basically application encouragement, maybe considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's encouraging to apply; could be considered application instructions? It's not exactly instructions but it's a motivational note. The instruction says remove application instructions. This paragraph is encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction? Safer to remove it. Also the EEO paragraph at end should be removed. Also remove "Life is too short for a boring career..." etc? That's marketing fluff but maybe part of About the role? It's generic. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not specific to role. Might be considered fluff but not prohibited. However we should preserve substantive information; that sentence is not substantive about role. Could be removed as it's generic marketing. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't say to remove marketing fluff unless it's boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So marketing fluff is not explicitly removed. But we might keep it if we want. However to keep sections concise, we could include it in About the role as part of company overview. It's okay. Let's craft HTML. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use
