Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software.
- Perform schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, milestones, and critical paths.
- Analyze impacts of schedule changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in scheduling for vertical construction projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in critical path method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
- Effective communication skills to present schedule data to project teams and stakeholders.
Pay
Compensation Range: $104,402.58 - $119,317.24
