Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate detailed project schedules for individual projects and programs using Primavera P6.
• Facilitate schedule development and maintenance with the full project team, including engineering, licensing, permitting, procurement, and construction.
• Analyze schedule information and recommend corrective actions to ensure projects meet required in-service dates.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports, including critical path views, baseline vs. actual views, look-ahead views, milestone views, and what-if scenarios.
• Coordinate and maintain financial schedules, estimates, budgets, resource procurement, and other data within Primavera P6.
• Create and maintain status reporting and dashboards for financial aspects and schedules within Primavera P6, including performance indices like CPI, SPI, and KPIs.
• Support the Project Management team in effective integrated project schedule monitoring, tracking budget variance, forecasting project scheduling of key milestones, and providing cost and schedule reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction with 8+ years equivalent work experience in the electric utility industry.
• 8+ years of Project Management and Scheduling experience, including knowledge of CPM, Baseline analysis, Earned Value, and Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of project progression and scheduling concepts.
