Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality construction projects
- Manage budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with other trades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check
