Senior SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant Location: USA | Remote Engagement: Long term contract Experience Level: Senior / Expert About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant for a contract engagement Based in North America. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SuccessFactors Learning, a strong implementation background, and the ability to independently lead learning management initiatives for enterprise clients. Candidates must demonstrate substantial hands-on experience across multiple SuccessFactors LMS implementations and provide project details and client references where permitted. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into effective LMS functional solutions.Configure and manage learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, and learning workflows.Support LMS integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors Learning best practices and solution design.Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.Troubleshoot complex functional issues and recommend improvements to LMS processes and system performance.Work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes within a part-time engagement. Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant.Strong core functional skills in SuccessFactors Learning, including implementation, configuration, and solution design.Proven experience delivering at least three qualifying SuccessFactors LMS implementations.Ability to provide implementation details, including:Approximate project dates and duration.Client industry.Project scope and key deliverables.Personal role and level of ownership.Major responsibilities and contributions.Ability to provide at least two client references for comparable SuccessFactors LMS engagements, where permitted.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity
