You are a transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your expertise helps solve clients’ most complex business problems, and you’re comfortable working in teams, leading projects, and diving into the details of workstreams to configure SAP solutions. Travel to client sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess LMS requirements for upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality.
• Use your business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a collaborative team environment, interacting with clients, managing workstreams, and collaborating across functions.
• Lead workstream and/or project activities as assigned.
• Engage with all workstreams—technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management, and more.
• Adapt current methods, tools, and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Analyze business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Maintain records of requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
• Use effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.

Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems.
• Certified in at least one other SuccessFactors area (e.g., PMGM, Training, Recruiting).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience. (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience is required.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, advanced SAP HCM Training & Event Management, or Advanced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to help clients understand how SAP can benefit their company.
• Mastery in external stakeholder communications.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:

• California: $94,400 to $266,300
• Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
• Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
• District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
• Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
• Maine: $80,400 to $196,000
• Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
• Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
• Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
• New York: $87,400 to $266,300
• New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300
• Virginia: $87,400 to $245,000
• Washington: $100,500 to $245,000
