The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant LM/GM/PM is based in the United States and supports enterprise HR transformation initiatives through SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting implementation, configuration, optimization, and operational activities for SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
  2. Collaborating with HR stakeholders, business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  3. Leading requirement-gathering sessions and design workshops to align HR processes with SuccessFactors capabilities.
  4. Configuring and supporting SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management, and Goal Management.
  5. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system configurations and process improvements.
  6. Developing and executing test scenarios to validate system functionality before releases and go-live activities.
  7. Managing release activities by testing and enabling new SuccessFactors features during scheduled system updates.
  8. Acting as a key point of contact between HR teams, internal stakeholders, and external technical support teams.
  9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, user experience, and system efficiency.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and familiarity with related modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, and Goal Management.
  • Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
  • Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, configuring systems, and supporting implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Experience managing testing activities, system validation, and release management processes.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors security concepts, permissions, data management, and system administration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Experience working with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
