Senior SAP SD Business Analyst

About the role

An ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between IT and SAP OTC business users to understand business needs and deliver system solutions that meet their requirements. They will design and develop robust and scalable solutions within the SAP OTC area, build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and other satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process, develop and execute test plans for unit and integration testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles. They will collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and SAP OTC business users to understand business needs and deliver system solutions that meet their requirements
• Design and develop robust and scalable solutions within the SAP OTC area
• Build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and other satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process
• Develop and execute test plans for unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business
• 8+ years of experience as an SAP SD business analyst with advanced knowledge in OTC configurations
• Extensive experience in configuring, designing, and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing Master data, Order Management, Output Management, Pricing, Delivery Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
• Experience in VMI Hub management process
• Proficient in developing process flows with strong presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals, with a proven ability to work independently and lead new initiatives
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with application developers, and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions
• In-depth understanding of testing strategies, data migration approaches, and release management processes

Qualifications

• Experience in High-Tech industry
• Background in implementing BRIM
• Experience in Software/Services processes and systems
• Exposure to various middleware system architectures such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.
• Background with SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations (a plus)

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $144,000 - $230,000 for Level 4, and $168,000 - $270,250 for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
