Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand ERP system requirements
- Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA for enhanced business processes
- Support creation of innovative solutions aligned with RTX strategies
- Aid in data mapping and testing activities relevant to the project
- Document configuration documents and process flows for common solutions
- Provide end-user assistance for SAP treasury functionality
- Support the migration from legacy systems to the Corporate Enterprise Hub
Qualifications
- University degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, data management, and reporting, especially in FI-GL, FI-BL, and related finance areas
- Experience with Treasury operations and SAP integrations for Treasury applications like SWIFT and Finastra
- Background in finance processes including G/L, Fixed Assets, and FP&A
