R2R SAP Business Analyst - Remote

This role is with a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. You will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address business needs
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions to improve business processes
• Support the development of innovative solutions aligned with business strategies
• Ensure robust testing processes for system functionality and defect resolution
• Aid in data mapping and validating integration efforts
• Document configuration processes and create functional specifications
• Provide troubleshooting and sustainment support during and after project deployment
• Manage system integrations, ensuring smooth operations and addressing failures

Qualifications

• University Degree with 10 years of experience or Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Expertise in finance processes such as payroll, financial reporting, and tax integrations
• Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly with configuration and data management
• Experience in SAP integration projects, including Tax engine and Workday/ADP

Pay

$132,400 – $251,600 annually
