Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing SAP systems, particularly SAP MM, SD, LE, and FI modules, with an emphasis on SAP AFS, SAP FMS, or S/4 Fashion. Prior experience in the Apparel and Footwear industry is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance SAP systems, particularly SAP MM, SD, LE, and FI modules, with an emphasis on SAP AFS, SAP FMS, or S/4 Fashion.
• Lead technical and process-oriented business requirement workshops, create business process documentation, and process mapping, as well as functional specification documents.
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and ensure that the system meets their requirements.
• Experience leading SAP lifecycle implementations or equivalent project experience, including requirements gathering, design, functional configuration, testing, and support on small to medium size efforts/projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM and integrated modules such as SD, LE, and FI.
• Experience with SAP AFS, SAP FMS, or S/4 Fashion preferred.
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay business processes.
• Additional experience with integrated business processes, such as within Order to Cash, is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership within the software development lifecycle process, including requirements gathering, design, functional configuration, testing, and support on small to medium size efforts/projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience in working with/interacting with the business users.
