About the role
In this role, you will act as the main interface between technology teams and product/business stakeholders. Incumbents help define business requirements, build application and process specifications, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure that work is prioritized by business value and in alignment with the overarching business and technical strategies.

- Finding opportunities for process improvements

- Seeking to identify when junior engineers need help and providing it in a positive way that promotes confidence
- Displaying dedication to helping team members/makes suggestions to improve practices
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years of professional experience acting as technical analyst within a Salesforce development team.
- Deep knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, especially within the Sales and Service cloud offerings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with analyzing data via query languages, such as SQL and SOQL
- Experience updating Salesforce data leveraging tools such as Validity Demand Tools
- Results-driven with a passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
- Ability to create comprehensive requirements stories and documents for technical teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
- Understanding of financial markets and financial instruments, especially within the B2B sector.
Business knowledge
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- You articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.
