Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Engagement Execution
    • Campaign Orchestration: Design, build, and deploy complex creation campaigns and pull-through campaigns utilizing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
    • Lifecycle Marketing: Drive engagement and retention strategies tailored to the customer lifecycle, ensuring highly personalized messaging sequences.
    • Healthcare Domain Focus: Build targeted journeys addressing care gaps, proactive wellness reminders, and overall member experience (MX) optimization.
  • Data Cloud (Data 360) & Audience Segmentation
    • Unified Segmentation: Build, manage, and refine advanced segments within Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
    • Cross-Cloud Activation: Establish and maintain the data pipelines required to pull refined audiences from Data Cloud through to SFMC for precise campaign targeting.
    • Data Integrity: Work with data models to ensure real-time or batch data synchronization accurately reflects member status and preferences.
  • Business Leadership & Client Management
    • Stakeholder Management: Act in a highly visible, customer-facing capacity, translating complex technical architecture into strategic business value for executive leaders.
    • Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and data requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Location & Schedule: Must be based in LATAM and fully available to work US Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven track record as an SFMC Consultant, specifically holding the Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Developer certifications.
  • Data Cloud Experience: Hands-on competency with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), specifically around data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
  • Industry Vertical: Previous experience working within Healthcare / Health Insurance (Payer/Provider) domains, with a solid understanding of member experience, care gaps, or health management campaigns.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; confident leading meetings and presenting solutions to business leaders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AMPScript, SQL (for automation and data extensions), and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript).
