About the role

Join a national, acquisition-mode company experiencing explosive growth. Multiple hires are being made for a brand-new team focused on custom Salesforce development, primarily in Apex. Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce features on enterprise-level projects.
• Design and implement data-driven Salesforce engineering solutions, transforming user stories into impactful features.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert, leading code reviews and advising on best practices for complex multi-org environments.
• Make architecture recommendations to build robust, scalable solutions with every Salesforce delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience in large, complex environments with significant hands-on coding responsibility.
• Extensive experience in custom Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like workflows/flows.
• Enterprise-level experience in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud; familiarity with Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including API development and declarative automation such as Flow.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, storage considerations, and platform limitations.
• Experience with DevOps practices, release processes, and configuration management in Salesforce ecosystems.
• Knowledge of platform event architecture (Pub/Sub frameworks), Data Cloud, and Agentforce AI.
• Familiarity with advanced platform features such as AI-related Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Builder, Developer, or Architect are preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000–$160,000, with an automatic annual bonus of up to $17,000, bringing total compensation to $175,000+.
