Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce applications. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce processes, including data migrations and security enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Experience with SF-Health Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, API, and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and Git.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Events and Streaming API.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI features.

• Strong programming skills in Apex and Visualforce.

Pay

$130,000 - $135,000 USD annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
