The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to TCM; therefore, the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement.
What You’ll Do
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, etc.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Sandbox environment management
- DevOps/release management experience
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Maintain user training
- Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers including (Celigo, Tableau, Docusign)
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with [Sales Cloud]
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Additional Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder. Etc.
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Design & implement scalable best practice solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with change management and governance
- Training end users and key stakeholders
- Technical documentation
- Available and responsive to questions
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
- DevOps/release management experience
- Proficiency with Data Loader and data management tools
- Software development fundamentals (e.g., data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design / patterns)
- Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using REST and SOAP web service API (incl. exposure to event-based publisher/subscriber)
- Celigo experience preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce security settings (incl. permissions, roles, profiles, sharing)
- Ability to own projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong training skills including the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Confident to train in person and virtual end users
- Experience with change management and governance
- MS Office Experience
- Intrinsic experience with triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
Bonus Points
- Power BI reporting experience
- Conga experience
- Skill in creating and supporting Middleware flows in Celigo
- Experience working in a small team (2 people) supporting a large enterprise footprint

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting, computer work, and participation in meetings.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
- Occasional movement throughout the office, light lifting of materials up to 15 pounds, and limited travel for meetings or events may be required.
