Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Lead day-to-day administration of environment.
- Advanced Automation: Design and implement complex flows, validation rules and approval processes to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Data Governance: Oversee data integrity through regular audits, de-duplication and the implementation of data security framework.
- Integration & Ecosystem: Manage end-to-end integration with third-party tools.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior or mid-level admins on best practices.
- Meet with stakeholders and SMEs in discovery sessions.
- Develop understanding of current business processes and document processes in development.
- Develop and define project roadmaps.
- Analyze data and draw business insights.
- Facilitate business solutions.
- Manage Salesforce projects.
- Create and deliver presentations.
- Track and solve issues during testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce Certified preferred. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, ability to align them with business needs, and recommend potential solutions.
- A collaborative mindset. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills: able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to both elicit and document business requirements effectively.
- Strong project management abilities: managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed as needed.
- Able to identify the business strategies, goals, initiatives and challenges to define scope of project or initiative.
- Able to develop comprehensive test plans and cases to conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance.
