Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert high-value leads into confirmed projects.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients.
- Track sales metrics, pipeline, and performance to meet/exceed targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, interior design innovations, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in interior design sales, Real estate sales, business development, or client engagement.
- Proven track record of converting leads into clients and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- A client-centric approach with a passion for design and aesthetics.
