Senior Sales Recruiter

About the Role

At TRM Labs, hiring is a mission-critical function that directly fuels our growth. We're seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to own and drive recruiting for highly specialized Sales roles across our go-to-market organization. You'll bring a sales mindset to talent acquisition, prospecting, influencing, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and own high-velocity talent pipelines for priority Sales roles across public sector, defense, financial institutions, and crypto.
• Run recruiting like a sales funnel, managing top-of-funnel sourcing through close with a focus on conversion, speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted closer for hard-to-hire Sales talent, overcoming objections and driving offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and hiring strategy.
• Continuously optimize recruiting performance using data and feedback.
• Serve as a talent advisor, providing insights on market dynamics, compensation, and hiring risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in hiring Sales talent for high-growth, technical, or mission-driven environments.
• Success recruiting Sales professionals in markets like public sector, defense, financial institutions, crypto, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and ability to close passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to define hiring strategy and drive searches to success.
• Command of pipeline metrics and conversion data to optimize recruiting performance.
• Comfort operating in a quota-like environment, balancing multiple searches.
• Persuasive communication style and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Grit, resilience, and a closing mindset.

About the Team

Our fully remote talent team embraces async communication, structured alignment, and continuous improvement. We're committed to delivering an exceptional experience for stakeholders and candidates, supported by precise reporting. As a globally distributed team, we maintain a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours for collaboration.

Speed in This Position

• Within 72 hours: Schedule intake meeting, open position in ATS, post description, design interview process.
• Within 1 week: Conduct 5-10 Recruiter Screens and first sync with Hiring Team.
• Within 2 weeks: Analyze data, share insights, and refine search approach.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $153,000 - $172,000. Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
