Senior Sales Recruiter

We’re seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote position based in Atlanta, GA.

About the role

As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top sales talent to our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-potential sales candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough research on target companies and roles to ensure alignment with company values and culture.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans that meet business objectives and drive candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit and provide recommendations for selection.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the sales community to foster a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales recruiting, preferably in a technology or professional services firm.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
