About the role

The Senior Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive Millennium's sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver client-facing reporting and analytics - customer scorecards, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews that show the value Millennium delivers and uncover opportunities to grow relationships.
  • Own ongoing win/loss analysis as a recurring capability - synthesize CRM data, sales notes, and customer feedback into clear patterns on why we win and why we lose, and feed those insights into pricing, sales strategy, product positioning, and marketing.
  • Partner with finance on commission calculations, SPIFF payouts, and quarterly comp plan analysis.
  • Translate analysis into recommendations - not just charts. Tell the team what to do, not just what happened, and follow the action through to the outcome.
  • Build and maintain the pipeline, bookings, and forecast reporting the CRO and sales leadership rely on each week.
  • Partner with supply chain to develop the demand forecast that feeds the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
  • Measure campaign performance, channel ROI, attribution, and MQL-to-revenue conversion - using AI to scale multi-touch attribution and surface which programs are producing revenue.
  • Build and maintain the dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews that enable the sales team to show the value Millennium delivers to customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, pricing analytics, or business analytics — ideally in a B2B environment with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (administration, workflows, reporting) and proven fluency in DOMO or a comparable BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Working fluency with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) applied to analytics work — and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates the work and where it doesn't.
  • Bias toward automation — you've replaced manual processes with AI or scripted solutions and can show measurable before/after results.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets fluency; SQL a plus; familiarity with Python or scripting for data work a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience building customer-facing reporting and business reviews — not just internal dashboards.
  • Comfort partnering across finance and supply chain — exposure to SIOP, demand planning, or pricing analytics is a strong plus.
  • Experience running structured win/loss analysis and turning the findings into commercial action.
  • Track record of analytics work that changed how a business operated — pricing moves, territory adjustments, comp redesigns, campaign reallocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Skills

  • Strong judgment on what matters — ability to cut through noise and surface the two or three things leadership or a customer needs to act on.
  • Operating instinct — you don't stop at the insight, you push for the action that follows.
  • Clear communicator who can present complex analysis to executives, sales teams, and customers in language they understand.
