Responsibilities

  • Lead Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Coach team members on key metrics and sales processes
  • Recruit and retain top sales talent through effective hiring and training
  • Develop C-level relationships with strategic healthcare customers
  • Maintain and monitor market trends and key events in the healthcare sector
  • Facilitate territory planning and identify account opportunities
  • Aid sales team in closing complex transactions with various decision-makers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consultative selling focus
  • Proven track record of leading teams to meet sales quotas
  • Demonstrated strong coaching skills and sales methodology expertise
  • Ability to foster a positive and flexible attitude in dynamic environments
  • Experience in healthcare philanthropy industry is preferred
