Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and consultants
- Engage directly with architects and design teams to integrate automated parking solutions into project plans
- Present technical and commercial proposals to executive-level stakeholders
- Analyze client business drivers, financial considerations, and project constraints
- Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
- Coincide closely with engineering, project management, and executive leadership
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and site visits
- Travel regularly throughout the East Coast to support business development efforts
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of leading and closing large-scale capital equipment or infrastructure projects
- Strong experience selling into real estate development, commercial construction, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level executives on the client side
- Deep understanding of customer business considerations in real estate projects
- Ability to work effectively with architects and technical design teams
- Strong technical orientation, including the ability to read and understand drawings
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, machinery, automation, and computerized control environments
- High level of comfort working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
- Willingness to work hard and operate in a performance-driven environment
