About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payment operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and providing technical support to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global payment operations, including processing transactions and monitoring compliance with international regulations.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing issues related to payment systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services or related industries.
  • Proven experience in managing global payment operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of international banking and payment systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with payment processing software and systems.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
