Senior Sales Executive, Strategic Partnerships

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $189,000 – $351,000 annually

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI licensing
• Own and manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing
• Create innovative solutions using Reuters' data and content
• Manage client relationships post-close as primary contact
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to inform strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Engage with executive stakeholders to secure partnership alignment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Consultative Sales
• Strong negotiation skills for closing enterprise contracts
• Experience with major tech platforms or enterprises, especially those in AI
• Creative and strategic thinker for structuring unique partnerships
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate in matrix organizations and achieve shared goals
