Senior Sales Executive

About the role

This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in Palm Beach Gardens. If you cannot be in the office in PBG, those hours do not apply. No remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Grow the book of business for our refurbished transformer line, covering both dry-type and oil-filled distribution transformers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, engineering and procurement contractors (EPCs), industrial accounts, and electrical distributors.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the refurbished transformer product line.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a similar role within the electrical distribution and transformer market.
• Experience in selling and managing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the electrical distribution and transformer market.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software.

Schedule

M-F 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in Palm Beach Gardens. Travel may be required up to 75% of the time.
