Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the ongoing SDR Readiness Program to build a high-performing pipeline of sales talent.
- Design and launch strategic learning programs that guide sellers through critical transition points across various markets, industries, and strategic accounts.
- Orchestrate end-to-end instructional design initiatives, transforming complex concepts into interactive virtual, classroom, and e-learning training modules.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional leadership stakeholders to align enablement strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Harness cutting-edge sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and core sales technologies to measure program effectiveness and quantify your impact on sales productivity.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Seven or more years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning and development, ideally within a hardware or software company.
- Proven mastery of the ADDIE instructional design model, with a track record of creating impactful training materials, job aids, and evaluation structures.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executives at all levels.
- Experience utilizing advanced sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and core sales technologies.
- Background in setting and executing global sales enablement strategies.
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with the Docebo learning management system.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Hiring Range $105,600.00–$145,200.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? Yes Commission Eligible?
