Senior Sales Development Representative (US)

About the role

The role is part of the Trustworthy AI Growth team at Trustworthy AI Growth, focusing on engineering, workflow scheduling, trust and safety, abuse prevention, full stack development, artificial intelligence, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable software systems using Python, Fiddler, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement machine learning models to improve decision-making processes in dynamic systems.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of RabbitMQ, Redis, and other infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement risk analysis strategies.
• Manage and optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development and/or machine learning.
• Experience with Python, Fiddler, PyTorch, RabbitMQ, Redis, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Airflow, MLFlow, Kinesis, and others.
• Experience with low-code platforms like Project Management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills
