Senior Sales Development Representative
About the role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Team at Transfr. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and have a direct impact on expanding our market presence by building a robust sales pipeline and creating meaningful connections with prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Schedule meetings and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to support campaigns, events, and pipeline generation efforts.
- Conduct research on target accounts and key stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person event prospecting efforts.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
