About The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, Outbound-first Sales Development Representative to join our US team. This is a field-heavy role designed for someone who thrives on the East Coast hustle and wants to be the face of SpotDraft at industry events and executive mixers. You will be orchestrating complex outreach across social, phone, and in-person channels.

What You'll Bring

  • 1.5–4 years of SDR experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • A background in high-stakes workflow solutions.
  • You understand how to sell software that moves the needle for legal, operations, or other complex business teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You are as persuasive in a 30-second elevator pitch at an event as you are in a long-form strategic email.
  • Outbound mentality. You don't wait for leads to hit your inbox; you have a proven track record of generating your own opportunities.
  • Field readiness. You enjoy the "on-the-road" aspect of sales and are comfortable navigating a room full of senior executives.
  • AI literacy. You use modern tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to personalize outreach at scale and move faster than the competition.
  • East Coast preference. You are based in New York City or the surrounding area and are ready to be on the ground where our customers are.
