Senior Sales Coordinator | Fully Remote
Position Summary
The Senior Sales Coordinator’s primary role is to provide order management support for Healthcare multi-million dollar project business, strategic accounts and/or specialty business units, including software subscriptions and renewals. The Senior Coordinator will work directly with Sales VPs and Directors as well as Customer Operations leadership to ensure requirements for projects, GPO/IDN contracts and adherence to terms and conditions are met. The Senior Coordinator will support on-going business operation of assigned business unit(s), ensure requests are met and quality targets are reached and sustained.
What You'll Do as a Sr. Sales Coordinator
- Gain indepth knowledge of multi-million dollar project business and order management requirements
- Gain indepth knowledge of GPO/IDN contracts and strategic accounts order management requirements
- Gain indepth knowledge of subscription and renewal business
- Manage order and inquiry inbox to categorize and assign Purchase Orders and requests to appropriate team members, including self-assignment
- Review quotes in Sales Connection to ensure Purchase Orders submitted match quoted business
- Import orders into Oracle and review pricing, shipping, and order lines for accuracy consistent with project requirements, GPO/ IDN contracts and/or software specifications
- Apply appropriate holds to orders to setup management of project busiess, strategic accounts and/or software business
- Send Sales Order Acknowledgements to Customers, Sales and Service
- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to ensure quotes are setup according to Customer profiles
- Utilize available resources to update and increase product and system knowledge along with procedures and corporate initiatives
- Ensure all actions are completed in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives within the function, including standard work and the root-cause-countermeasure process in support of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work within the department’s Lean tracking tools and provides data as needed for monthly documentation of performance against agreed-upon KPIs
- Participate in Kaizen events when appropriate and supports the action plans that result from those events
Required
- 2 years’ experience in sales support/customer support with direct contact with Customers and/or Sales required
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications
- Prior experience with the following software systems strongly preferred: Oracle, Sales Connection

Pay Range
The Pay range for this opportunity is $52,000.00 - $64,000.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
