About The Role

Scorpion is looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive strategic new business growth within the pest control industry through our AI powered marketing and technology platform. This is a senior level hunter role where you'll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with executive decision makers, and help pest control businesses accelerate growth through strategic marketing and technology solutions. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the pest control industry to uncover business opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and position Scorpion's AI powered marketing and technology solutions as a strategic investment for long term growth. Whether you've sold software, technology, marketing, equipment, chemicals, distribution, or other business solutions to pest control companies, your ability to build executive relationships, manage complex opportunities, and consistently exceed quota is what matters most. Who You Are And What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 6+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in a quota carrying role with responsibility for prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing new business. 3+ years selling software, technology, marketing, equipment, chemicals, distribution, route management, CRM, or other business solutions directly to pest control companies.
  • You understand the challenges business owners face and can confidently engage executive decision makers on growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas while independently building and closing new business.
  • You manage complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles while maintaining an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline.

Compensation

The base salary is $80,000 (entry-level) - $95,000 (highly experienced). This position's base salary + annual variable is $170,000 (entry-level) - $185,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

The base salary is $80,000 (entry-level) - $95,000 (highly experienced). This position's base salary + annual variable is $170,000 (entry-level) - $185,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary + annual variable range for the role.
