Position Summary

The Sr Sales Executive – Service and Preventative Maintenance will identify, develop, and secure new commercial service agreements, service repairs, and small project opportunities for CAM HVAC. Based in Smithfield, RI, this role requires deep market knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales process to drive new commercial service agreements and small projects.
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain new customer relationships within the local market.
  • Educate prospective customers on CAM’s service offerings, value proposition, and quality of work.
  • Facilitate smooth post-sale transitions with internal service and project management teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Track, manage, and report all sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Support the estimation and proposal process in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Identify and communicate local market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance KPIs and sales goals.

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in HVAC or MEP commercial service.
  • Deep familiarity with the Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts commercial markets.
  • Hunter mentality with proven new business development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with operations and service teams.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive base salary $90k to $130k and up (DOE) with a performance-based commission structure.
