About the role

The Senior Roadway Designer position is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of roadways, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed roadway designs using advanced software tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate roadway designs with broader infrastructure projects.
• Review and approve contractor’s plans and specifications for roadway construction.
• Ensure all designs meet safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee the implementation of roadway projects from planning through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in roadway design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
