About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
