Senior Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the school's digital learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of various educational technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Clever’s Single Sign-On (SSO) service.
• Manage the secure syncing of student rosters across different learning management systems (LMS).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology integrations.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and IT staff to enhance the digital classroom experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in educational technology or IT support.
• Experience with SSO and roster management systems.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of web development and APIs.
• Experience with Google Workspace or other cloud-based services.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in managing educational technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
