Senior Revenue Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience; experience in public accounting and/or high-growth companies preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and experience applying revenue recognition guidance to complex customer arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex revenue topics into clear, practical guidance for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving systems and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, NetSuite and/or other revenue recognition accounting systems.

Skills

• Hands-on approach to revenue accounting close activities.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to partner directly with key stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to identify and lead initiatives to deploy automation across revenue accounting and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational revenue accounting procedures and related documentation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing external audits for revenue and commissions accounting matters.
• Ability to coach and develop opportunities for senior revenue accountants.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
