Your Two Primary Responsibilities

• Scope the Job
• Inspect losses, determine remediation protocol, develop field scopes, document moisture readings, establish containments, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead the Job
• Lead and mentor technicians, perform water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, and other restoration tasks, maintain documentation, and conduct final walkthroughs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional restoration experience
• Own vehicle for driving to shop
• Previous experience as a Crew Chief, Senior Technician, Field Supervisor, or Restoration Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, and emergency restoration
• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 Standards
• Ability to independently inspect losses and develop detailed field scopes
• Strong leadership and customer communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in various conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC WRT, ASD, MRT, FSR
• Experience with insurance claims
• Xactimate familiarity (preferred but not required)
