Restoration Crew Lead

About the Role

SERVPRO of Minnetonka is seeking a well-motivated Restoration Crew Lead to build a career at the fastest-growing restoration company in the State. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, you will demonstrate the company’s Here to Help® commitment by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial water mitigation projects.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
