Senior Residency Relations Specialist

What You'll Do
- Lead residency recruitment efforts by building strong relationships with residents and program leadership
- Represent TeamHealth at residency programs, conferences, and national/regional tradeshows
- Execute a high volume of in-person recruitment events and candidate presentations annually
- Drive awareness of TeamHealth as an employer of choice among residents nationwide
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruitment leadership to implement territory-specific strategies aligned with hiring goals
- Plan and execute 1–2 residency events per week, totaling 50+ annually
- Deliver 50+ high-impact candidate presentations to clinical recruiting teams
- Represent TeamHealth at national and regional tradeshows, managing logistics and vendor coordination
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive outreach (email, phone, in-person)
- Track activity, engagement, and outcomes using internal systems such as Smartsheet, TeamWorks, and BrassRing
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, territory performance, and engagement trends
- Ensure consistent, compelling representation of the TeamHealth brand
- Travel frequently (up to 75%) to support events and program engagement
Requirements
- Strong relationship-builder who can influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable recruitment plans
- Skilled communicator and presenter, confident delivering to both small and large audiences
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in physician recruitment, residency relations, marketing, or event management
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver measurable recruitment outcomes
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends as needed
