About the role
The Resident Relations Team Members at AIR Communities are responsible for enhancing the resident experience and maximizing renewal rates through effective complaint management and lease renewal processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage resident complaints and service issues at the Shared Service Center
- Coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns
- Support residents during the move-out process, including notice to vacate and resident transfers
- Manage resident lease renewal process, finalizing renewal leases with residents
- Maintain resident retention and assist with lease renewals
- Aid residents with rent payments, car registration, pet registration, and package deliveries
- Handle move-in and move-out inspections, and respond to service requests
- Communicate with residents regarding policy violations and coordinate resident functions
Requirements
- Goal-driven and enthusiastic about exceeding customer service goals
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
- Nimble problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills to address current and future resident needs
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
