Responsibilities
- Field inquiries from residents via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and management teams to resolve resident issues efficiently.
- Accurately document resident interactions, complaints, and resolutions in property management systems.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly task-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
